Overview

Fengye Holding Group Co., Ltd. is one of the biggest manufacturers of HDPE pipes & fittings and WPC products in China.It has developed into a group company covering PE pipe, WPC, construction business, science and technology research and so on, holding eight companies and total assets of more than 2 billion RMB.

Fengye Holding Group has been engaged herself in research, design and production of PE(HDPE) pipes since 1993,and has become leading manufacturer of PE(HDPE) pipes and fittings in China. The company has 21 PE pipes extrusion production lines from the Battenfeld Company in Germany, and 12 extrusion production lines for HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes and reinforced PE helix corrugated pipes, and production capacity successfully reached 170,000 tons annually. The group has been named as the production and construction center for large-scale PE pipes by Chinese government. Moreover, the 1600mm diameter PE pipes has filled in the blank of Asia with the largest scale in the world, and the 1600mm diameter PE automatic sweat soldering machine designed by the company itself fills in the blank of our country with the colligation performance leading in the domestic and advanced in the international.

WPC is another core business of the group. Since the beginning, we have the unique advantages in recycled PE material collection and assortment, what means we control the raw material quality by ourselves. That is top important not only in products cost but also in quality control. Therefore, we has gained great achievement in a mere 2 years. We get CE certification, SGS test report demorstrate our quality. By 2012,our WPC work shop area will be increased to 360,000 suare meters with production lines up to 45 sets, which will reach annual capacity to 20,000 ton.

1993, Zhejiang Zhongyuan Fengye Pipe Co., Ltd. was established.

1995, The first factory in China introducing PE pipe production from Germany

1999,Obtaining ISO9001 certification

2002, Our water supply HDPE pipe systems was awarded as The National Scientific and Technical Payoffs Key Promotion Project, The National Torch Program Projects

2003,April, Zhejiang Fengye Group established, Awarded Key National Torch Plan High-tech Enterprises

2003,May, Named as Production & Construction Center for large-scale PE pipes by Chinese government

2003,July, Got ISO14001:1996 Certification

2003 Sept.: Complete Solid wall HDPE pipe range up to 1600MM (Exclusive producer in ASIA)

2004, Succeeded in producing automatic butt fusion machine for 1600mm PE pipes,designed by the company itself.

2005, Set branch company in Guangzhou

2006,Fengye became China Famous Brand, got Certification For Product Exemption From Quality Surveillance Inspection

2007,Appointed to be HDPE pipes supplier for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

2008,Undertook the largest PE pipepine project for sewage into sea in China, with a total investment of 130 million RMB

2009, Named as National New & High Technology Enterprise again
